Having experience the system and in response to a need for change, STEP UP MINISTRIES was founded in 2020, by Leonard A Grey and organized as a non-profit organization, with a primary objective to be ministerial in nature rather than commercial or business, for the up-lifting for all of humanity to function as a multi-service ‘human welfare services’ entity that addresses several services for the underprivileged and underserved members of society, with a specific focus of helping incarcerated inmates to transition back into society with changed mindset to become active productive members of their communities.
